Collins was beaten brutally and his career was over due to damage to his eyes. He got depressed & drunk and drove his car into a ditch. It might've been suicide.

Panama and Resto each did a couple years in jail, and are banned from the sport, but Panama still trains fighters.

There's a documentary coming out on this called Cornered. You can youtube the trailer.
