All 1RM
Bench press - 225lbs.
Squat - never tried but probably between 250 and 300lbs.
Deadlift - 341lbs.
Curls - don't do them, entirely pointless.
Pull-ups - I've fucked up my shoulder, so something crap like 6
knockout, you're doing something wrong if you can squat more weight than you can deadlift.

I do 5 sets of 5 with bench and squats, so I'll have to guess at my 1RM.
Bench? 176lbs
Squats? 176lbs
Deadlifts? 242lbs
Bicep curls (both arms)? Dunno, 80lbs or something.
Pull ups (how many)? Dunno. 2 maybe.

Bench 90 kg about 200lbs
squat 140 kg about 310lbs
deadlift 180 kg about 400lbs
bicep curls 60 kg about 130lbs
pull ups never do them
I am not sure what i would get now as i never train, but those where my weights after 2 months of mild training.

The only training i do now is skipping and chopping logs. I am going to start up soon i was getting some pretty respectable numbers after 2 months, so if i can start up and carry it on i should be able get some good numbers. My shitest one is easily the benchpress i can shoulder press about the same as i can bench.
I have no idea. I can jump rope for an hour straight though? :D

How can so many people not like deadlifts? It's my favourite lift. I'd say probably the best you can do, whatever your goal.

I heard it kills your back though...
Are you joking?

No, that's what my brother told me when I told him I was only going to do squats, bench, and deadlifts.
No sir, people injure they're backs by not knowing correct form. Keep you're back straight and you're fine. If you round you're back out you can injure yourself, but that's about it.

In my oppinion deadlifts are the best exercise you can do, besides squats.
My lifts atm are very poor. I do 3x10 and this is what I lift, im not going to guess my 1RM
Bench - 70kgs
Squats - 75kgs, i just started a few weeks ago
Deadlifts - 120kgs - 5x5 for these, also just started
Bicep Curls - 36kgs
Pullups - 3x10 with 15kgs of weights.
height: 6ft 2
weight: 76kgs

I can't (and won't) deadlift either. Killed my back when I did it; partly because of my build though. Try being 6'4 and pretty thin and doing that, it's really hard to use proper form on it.

I've never used a belt. If you can do a deadlift with good form you don't need one, if you have bad form use very light weight until you get it right.

Depends on what routine I'm doing at the time. I very rarely try a 1RM lift.

Yeh I f'ed up my back from deadlifting (in all fairness I had it coming though) so I have to skip it. Otherwise (all in sets of 3):
bench: 70 pound dumbbells X8 reps
squat: 270 X8 reps (on the free weight machine to save on my back)
curl: don't do it anymore but used to be able to do 80 X10 at my best...im sure much less these days though
I'm 6'2, 185 lbs. imo pretty good numbers for how tall I am and how long my arms and legs are.

Forgot pull-ups. I just did 14 strict ones on monday. My best to date.
i've started doing chin ups and they are vetry effective
I can bench 90kg, I could go higher but I've never tried because it's not something I do reguarly.
I haven't done any of the others except pull ups, which I can do 13.
