Anyone know of A-Force's next fight? Is he really hated on in the UK?

Needs to tone it down now and work his way back. Plus he REALLY needs to shut up about world aspirations. At least he tried. Stick to domestic, make a name for yourself, have people respect you and every now and again take a stab at Europe or the world.

I really liked him as an amateur. But when he turned pro and started with the attitude (stuff like claiming he could beat danny williams in his debut and how he was bound to be world champion etc) I started to hate him, now I can't stand him.

He's an idiot. His best career moment was getting a million quid off the BBC for going pro. He's what now, 35? Not the oldest around, but he most certainly isn't any spring chicken. He'd be lucky to win any domestic title at this stage.

Audley's heart is not in it. He had potential but even as an amatuer rarely showed it.
He got lucky, he put it together for the Olympics, got his £1Million deal, and was content with that, thus his career never reached the potential it could of.
I do not begrudge any fighter making a mint in this sport, although Audley's arrogance does have a way of testing me.

I agree with this 100%.
I always thought if you could have a hybrid of Audley, Danny and Matt, you'd have a pretty damn good heavyweight.
Between Danny's experience and punching power.
Audley's skills and Matt's heart and determination. It's a shame all three are pretty substandard and are the wrong side of 30.

Yes but think of what would be left after taking their bests...
John McDermott ;) , ah no John might be decent(at domestic level) if he could just lose some weight .
I think Harrison is thought of as more of a joke than laughed at .

if all boxers were silent he would be a top fighter he was just too much lip with little reason to boast

Everyone would have a lot more time for him if it wasn't for his grandiose and borderline delusional claims of greatness. Count me in as someone that was thrilled when he won the Olympics, but slowly and sadly became disappointed by his career as time went on.
If he comes back I can only see it leading to another heavy KO loss in the future...because he doesn't seem the kind of guy content to compete at just the domestic and occasional european level. One good win and he'd be off trying to get a world eliminator or something, and get his head smacked in.

He should stay retired - he's got nothing left to prove.

He got beat, it happens in boxing. You do not give away Olympic Gold Medals, Audley Harrison can fight. To a call Olympic Champion a fake is pathetic, i am afraid anyone who thinks like that is fake. Auldey Harrison knows he has to fight again, if it isn’t for a title, for himself for his own pride, his own memories. Like he said he may have lost the lesson, but he hasn’t lost the fight yet.
Life is no dress-rehersal.
His own words, he knows it, and i know Audley Harrison will fight again. People will dis-credit you, put you down, that is life. You get pathetic people.
Audley Harrison has no choice, he is a man, he's is Olympic Champion, a Gold Medalist. That same athlete, athletes in all sports all have ego's and pride.
Like Evander Holyfield said, you cannot choose your beginning, but you can choose how you want to go out.
Audley Harrison ,will not want to go out off a knock out lost, and being booed out of a ring.

Haha, I just read the title and it made me chuckle. Audley 'A-Force' Harrison. The guy hasnt got the grit and guts for it. He had a bit of skill, good age and a great size which win him Gold but look at the quality of HW's at the moment and those who were around in 2000, not exactly mouth watering is it.
I just thought he was a monyey grabber and was fighting sub par competition like Jermaine Taylor to artificially expand his earning potential.
However, in the first fight against Danny Williams every time a shot was thrown in his direction he winced and backed off. With the head gear off he hasnt got the heart, he's not a Fighter.
