Gatti is not a shot as people make him out to be. Hes just the C-B level fighter hes always been getting embarrased by top fighters, Gomez is a D level fighter.

Depends which Gotti you are talking about, i say the one on the left can take him but as for the other 2 it will be a repeat of Cotto-Malignaggi

Experience, talent, sill, power, chin, etc all go to Arthur... However he just may be past it - that is what actually makes this fight interesting. Gomez has the natural strength/size and youth advantages - and those are very important. Still though I'm going with Gatti by UD.
Gatti beat Daamgard just 2 fights ago and Daamgard is a much better fighter than Gomez. Gatti lost to Baldo but that doesnt say much, Baldo was undisputred champ and Gatti lost to anyone on that level specially when he didnt have size advantage.

Well, five years ago Gatti would have beat Baldo pretty easily...
I think Gatti will beat Gomez.
5 years ago he lost to Micky Ward. Baldo was the undisputed WW champ, the same guy who beat Judah. The same guy who PBF had to run away from whereas PBF just stood there and completely dismantled Gatti.
Gatti is a better fighter overall than Baldo...maybe not by much but Baldo is the much much bigger man. Gatti really didnt stand a chance.

agreed......gatti isnt quite what he used to be (which isnt saying much because he was always just an average fighter with a few extra abilities) but he still should beat gomez w/o much of a problem

Gatti late rounds KO or UD. Gomez is inexperienced and too slow and not enough power.
