Batsch corrected me, it's Sam Williams. Looks like he's an IBF kind of ref. Doesn't say if he allows rabbit punching and mauling though :yep

He's been a ref in some larger fights - Hopkins, Toney, Moorer, Jimmy Paul, Oba Carr. As long as Klitschko-Brewster isn't cancelled, I've got no problem with who the ref is.
