Basic question - where to from here ?
I'm interested to read some info on how he looked against
Arias. And how likely it is that he'll take on some 'name'
competition in 2008.
How is he being managed ?
Any current info appreciated.

He didnt look really convincing against Arias, kostya!
German tv didnt show Bidenko's entire fight with the tough Brazilian journeyman. However,Bidenko won almost all of the 7 or 8 rounds shown by German tv.Nevertheless Arias had his moments, too.
His next opponent? Well, there is rumour, strong rumour that he will probably be Ruslan Chagaev's next opponent.
Chagaev flew back to Germany in order to watch Bidenko's encounter with Arias attentively live in the first row.
Bidenko's name has also been mentioned by some sources who are usually better informed than us fight fans.
i do like watching bidenko`s fights , very entertaining fighter.
he just lacks a bit of power for the style he fights.
if he had a real dig on him to make heavys fear him , then his fluid boxing and combo`s would take him further up the ladder.

Bidenko is a limited fighter who isn't that difficult to hit and his power is okay but nothing close to good.wrong. Bidenko is good at everything but great at nothing. He moves well, throws good combos, (really does lack power), and has ok defense. His 2 losses are to very good comp (valuev and Virchis). Virchis had no answer for the superior skill and speed until the 12th when one of his monster shots connected. Bidenko probably will never have a belt, but could be a top 20 fighter.

Well spoken,joe!
I quite agree with you!
I for my part like Bidenko's style. He for sure lacks firepower and a telling jab,but watching him do his job inside a ring is a feast for any box aficionado's eyes.
I very much hope that one day I will be able to watch a rematch between Virchis and Bidenko.
Their first encounter was pure fun to watch and very strong in dramaturgical moments.A sight for sore eyes.Very entertaining and exciting fight it was!

He may get a shot at Chagaev's belt soon. I just hope that he goes for more significant bouts than Arias.
Maybe he could try the European crown, he has a legit shot there.
He could try to grab Sosnowski belt as well, it is not much, but better than fighting Arias.

Bidenko is good fighter but it will be good for him to fight for EBU or EU title first. Chagaev is hard puncher and better right now, he can broke his careare.
