Decided to start my first ever training log - just to keep a record for myself more than anything.

1.6 mile run

Conditioning work - (pullups, chin ups, neckroll, press ups, dumbell curls, burpees, sit ups, squats, etc, etc, etc, ,etc, etc,etc)

Road running - 6.4 miles - is across Swansea Bay - I drive down there - park up and there is miles and miles of flat land - off road to run on - its a really nice run - get changed - throw my clothes in the boot - and run 3.2 miles to half way - turn around and run 3.2 miles back.

1.6 mile run - is from back door - all the way around local area - like a circuit - with a big hill at half way - and it brings you through the estate - back to my back door.

The gym work - is done in my garage - at the side of my house - in private - I train on my own.

But from my garage window - you can see the proper boxing gym - .

However I dont plan to train in a public boxing gym - unless I decide to take back up sparring - but I got no plans to currently - as I dont really want to get bashed about.

Just trying to get myself into good fitness more than anything.

Why not train at the proper boxing gym ?

You love that place.........

I'm happier training in my own place.

Also I dont like the crappy limited upright Orthodox Amateur European style gyms just to impose on you - espcially Welsh Gyms and British Gyms.

I'm not a fan of that upright as a pole - hands held high - European style.

I am more unorthodox than that.

Run - but did a slow time - felt one paced.

Skipping.

Shadow Boxing.
Heavybag.
Floor to celing ball.
Pads.

(cannot use my speedball cause I bust it last month by over inflated it) :verysad

Bought a new form of ceretine type pills. Which I have started taking.

Hopefully - they have a good effect on me - too early to judge at the moment - cause only started taking them.

I like to take them - to improve physical stength and muscle , etc - but also - they help you recover quciker and better - which I think is a great help - rather than suffer with stiffness and fatigue for a couple of days after a full work out.
