It has to be close to sold out, they had to open an additional 3,000 seats.

I don't think so. I just looked online and there are tickets available in every price range. You could get anything from ringside for $500 to mezanine for $54.00

I'm not going. But with the amount of tickets available i think that for 50$ i would probably be able to grab an empty 300$ seat :deal

Nah man. We are not talking boardwalk hall here. The garden is pretty big from the $50 seats it's like trying to watch 2 ants going at it in a matchbox. You would have a better time ordering the fight at home and having some people over.
