monday: 3-4 mile run then skipping: 4x2 shadow boxing 4x3 bag and sparring ground work at the end.

tuesday: sprints and ground work, sonmetimes a bit of skill work 25 minites overall

wednesday: 3-4 mile run then skipping: 4x2 shadow boxing 4x3 bag and sparring ground work at the end.

thursday: sprints and ground work, sonmetimes a bit of skill work 25 minites overall

friday : 3-4 mile run then skipping: 4x2 shadow boxing 4x3 bag and sparring ground work at the end.

saturday: train my arms stomach and everthing like mad with ground work no weights. 3x3 of shadow boxing and 3x3 on bag

sunday: rest

is this any good or is it not enough or too much ?
