Does Dennis Inkin have a chance? He boxes well but doesn't have that much speed...Could he put into practice anything he might have learnt from watching Mikkel against Joe?

yes, i think he has a chance!!!
inkin may be no speed demon, but he is very accurate with his punches. and he can really punch hard.
plus he makes only very few mistakes. kessler would be favored and rightfully so!
but he is no superman either. i think inkin boxes on a similar level.
i pick kessler by a competative UD....somewhere along the lines of a 116-113 type of fight.

I have to admit that this fight would have me very excited too! Probably one of the best that can be made next year, beside Kessler v. Mundine and Inkin v. Froch.

and you can throw bute into that mix too. this devision is the second most exciting right now. just behind welter.

Bute won't make any scary and exciting fights in 2008...except possibly the Andrade fight in summer, possibly even in Romania - that will not be easy for Bute...:nono

You know, when he looked like being Joe's madatory, everyone was really dismissive...
You mean, of Inkin? For the WBO?

Wasn't it for the IBF?
Sorry, I got confused.

That would be true if they could fight each other from time to time... there are way too many undefeated contender in that division for it to really be exciting.

Yes, of Inkin. Wasn't it for the IBF?
Stieglitz was Joe's mandatory for the IBF, Inkin never was.
