Graham Earl still fighting at the 02 on 14th July?

I know he was scheduled to be fighting on the Cook-Luevano bill but he is not currently listed as fighting there on Boxrec or frank******.tv, though on the latter Skelton-Sprott and Hrulev as Mitchell's opponent are ommitted on the schedule page which obviously hasn't been updated for a while.

So does anyone know whether Earl is fighting on the 02 bill or not? Thanks in advance for your help
