My first crack at a fantasy match-up! Thoughts?

Archer by decision. He outpointed some of the best of the 1960's including Dick Tiger, Rubin Carter,Holly Mims,Denny Moyer and gave Emile Griffith two hard fights fot the middleweight title narrowly losing both of those by decision. George Benton was a slick boxer who beat Joey Giardello among others so I could be wrong but am sticking with Archer.

I agree....Archer by decision. Outstanding resume. I haven't seen much of Benton to be honest...except for the Carter fight. I was impressed with both guys. In that fight, Carter was an offensive machine...He had to be to beat Benton that night.
