Suprise suprise, the brilliant sugar ray robinson has once again shot down every challenger to his welterweight crown even beating the 2nd best welter, namesake & fellow top 10 p4per sugar ray leonard.

`Someone once tried to compare sugar ray leonard to sugar ray robinson, believe me there`s no comparison, sugar ray robinson was the greatest.`

- words spoken by none other than ray leonard.

Yeah, I agree. BUT! If one man had a shot and a damn good one wood be 1980 montreal roberto duran what this 135lber did to the other ray was unheard of at that time + hearns caught em U's think he wood quit? Right? Wrong- he beat a young but strong davey moore @154 had jake lamotta jumping n his seat-Then Not Ray But Duran fought big bad hagler if a 12 rounder beat hagler I had it one point for hagler against a blown up 135lber!!! N duran. Robinson wood have to beat ray leonard Get KO'd by hearns move up ko moore almost beat hagler beat barkley I know robinson beat hall of famers just saying duran could of pull it off! Or duran vs robinson at 140 before robinson went to 147. Note on ray vs hagler I meant it was duran who exposed hagler enough for ray to fight em. Duran is not over rated he is X-RATED With Greatness PAL!! MAD - MIKE -

So Duran exposed Hagler and convinced Ray to fight him (Hagler) but Ray waited another 4 years? I think not.

It was the Mugabi fight that convinced Leonard more than any other.

I'd love to see some film (motion picture film) of Ray as a pro at Welter as evidence of his undisputed greatness.

In his case, it's his undisputed "greatestness".
