Heavyweight Rick Dyer fights on the undercard of Savarese v Holyfield tonight.. He is boxing a young guy called Rodriguez who has a very impressive resume but hasn't fought anyone..

Rick is one of Stacey Goodsons fighters , he likes his chances in the future of the division.. How good is Dyer.. Stacey claims he has been very avoided .. any opinions.??

God bless....:good

Dyer has a padded record as well, as do most of Goodson's fighters. Not to say he isn't good, but I don't believe that he couldn't step up to the Andy Samples of the world, then the Zuri Lawrence's of the world. I think it has more to do with paying opponnents, and record padding than it does with an uknown with no amat. backround being avoided.

looked over his record. looks like a fat bum. same for his opponent. they should be fighting in a local recreation center........not on holys undercard.

Dont all of Staceys fighters box in rec centres on a weekly basis..

Stacey even boxes the main event if skip Hill is free as the opponent..

They do have a verbal agreement.. (go easy on me skip..)

Two spoon feed undefeated HW's, and two 40 + year HW's on a comeback trail. This has to be one of the worst PPV's I have ever seen.

Dyer and Rodriguez as PPV fighters, that is rediculous they both have fought total stiffs. You would expect see these two on the undercard of FNF's.

It's ppv because no proper channel is willing to show it so ppv is the only way to make the fights available to an audience .

Could anyone tell me what time the main fight is starting ?

David Rodriguez has the biggest padded record I have ever seen. He is 25-0 24 Ko's.

His last 3 fights, look below. You get the idea, all his opponent have been that bad and worse.

Marcus Rhode 31-31-2
Stacy Goodson 37-34-2
John Turlington 5-9-1

I'd guess around 10:30 ET. Big Ears you set up a link to watch Dunne the other day and that channel said it would be showing Duddy's fight next week. Is it true?? Will you be so kind to post that site again and let me know the time?? Thank you.

Bad news my friend they the stream is available to anyone outside North America so someone must have tv rights to Duddy's fights no matter where they are .

This is the link for those of you outside of North America [Only registered and activated users can see links]

Maybe the fight will be shown in the US but I can only imagine it being on ppv seeing as the guy he's fighting isn't up to much . You shouldn't be missing much as Duddy should blow him away in a couple of rounds .

The stream fo it starts in 40 mins or so(I'm not sure if that's the main fight or whatever) , that'll be 03.05 here and there's no way I'm gonna bother staying up for that .

I'll look at clips of Holyfield's ko win and Dyer's ko defeat in the morning .

Rodriguez is the hometown hero fighting in his hometown. Dyer is the big, bald out-of-town bad guy. I think I'm familiar with the script for this one.

Rod vs Ty Fields could be kind of interesting. Assuming Fields is still interested in professional boxing.
