Map out a plan for Alexander's next 5-10 fights depending on how many you think will take him to get to the title and to unify and so on, he has 13 fights, If he keeps on winning or not, Manage him

14.Barrett
15.Holyfield(in the US)
16.Rahman
17.Winner of Chagaev v Ibragimov(if they haven't lost to someone else yet)
18.Defense against Maskaev(assuming Maskaev has lost his title)
19.Fight Wladamir in unification
20.Pick up the last belt against the winner of Peter/Vitali(assuming Maskaev has lost)

It seems crazy progress but in reality it would only be keeping up with what he has already done .

Of course they could go something like:
14:Guinn
15 Danny Williams
16:Barrett
17:Hoffman
18:Holyfield
19:Bidenko
20:Virchis
21:Whoever wins beaten Chagaev/Ibragimov or whoever has beaten that winner .

Crazy when you think of it , that even if they keep him at that 2nd tier opponent level for a good while he'd still be looking at a title shot around 20/21 fights .

Anyway it'll be interesting to see how they match him .

Ok, moments ago I watched an interview of Povekin's Co-Promoter Sauerland right after the fight.

He said that Povetkin will take a break now and comeback to the ring in autumn. His next fight will most probably be staged...in the USA!

Given Sauerland's good relation to DKP it is very likely that Povetkin will fight on the undercard of Maskaev - Peter, October 6th. If not he may get a date on HBO BAD in mid October. If he lands on the undercard October 6th it may be Sergei Liakhovich in the opposite corner...stay tuned...

In the following order : Guinn , Barrett , Vidoz , Sinal Sam , Timor Ibragimov , Ray Austin , Brock , Sprott , Krasniqi , Title shot with one of the reigning belt holders.

Bullshit, hes only 1-2 fights away from a titleshot. It would take him 2 years or more to fight these guys before getting the titleshot.

1-2 fights with tough and durable jouneymen like his stablemate Timo Hoffman,or Sherman Williams.
A fight against the winner of Skeleton vs Sprott would be quite interesting, too.
Or a fight against Monte Berrett,or Samil Sinan Sam.
He fights for a German promoter,so a fight against his stablemate Cengic Coc can be arranged without any trouble.Coc is a decent fighter.Would be a quite interestinf fight for the german market.

Well, according to his German promoter Sauerland Povetkin's next fight will probably take place in the USA.
Good news for all American fight fans!

Who Necks!?!

Our boy is back...He should fight Meehan next to get the #1 WBA ranking. He would destroy that clown!Needs to go the WBA route though....Ruiz/Valuev/Haye is his best bet to pick up another trinket. A 240 pound peter is a dangerous man. Good to see him get rid of King and Duva but Ivalo Gotzev is a clown...WOOT

yes meehan would be the fight Peter needs, but I don't believe meehan's handlers would take that fight
