6 days a week....

running 3 miles
75 push ups
100 sits ups
everyday:
weight training using 25lbs for arms , chest , triceps...
arnolds 2 sets 20 reps ea arm
curls 35 reps one set
shaddow boxing with 10lbs weights 4 rounds
light weight triceps heavy reps
crunches 4 sets 10
6 rounds of jumping rope
30 using the rotary perfect push ups handles
bench pressing 3 sets of 120 lbs

Tues/Thursday...same as above..replace the wieght training for plyometric rubbers...6 3 minute rounds heavy bag with 10 push ups between each round
dynamic tension workout....

Not bad for 53 years old!!
