Wow. Arslan threw all of 9 punches that round, and only 1 in the first minute and a half! Hill probably threw 50, but maybe landed 2. The fighters couldn't have landed more than 5 punches total. That there's pretty awful.

Wow. Virgil is so far past his prime it's not funny. He had great longevity but should now definitely retire.

Time to become a couch potatoe old man. After the fight Hill was about to fall over and Arslan could have gone 10 rounds more. Quite impressive :D

He's throwing punches...it's not running.

Lateral movement is not the same as running backwards, either.

Cory Spinks = runner. He never takes a step forward and is ALWAYS going backwards. Hill was just using lateral movement to keep his man from setting up power shots.

Hill was throwing virtually non-stop punches.

If a guy is coordinated enough to move his feet AND his hands, that doesn't bother me.

What bothers me is full-on retreat, ala Mayweather-Baldomir's closing rounds.
