...Any Indonesians here? I hear he has a fight in January from a friend dowwn the gym, not sure if its true ... Guessing its on his home patch though huh.
I really really rate the guy, he is one or two spots off my top ten P4P, sad thing is he'll probably never get their because he simmers in the background?
Is he destined to be another asian fighter who fizzles out into history due to lack of exposure on this here shores?

Chris John - Linares would be a good one.
Problem is that these guys would rather just wait for a shot at Pacman rather than fighting each other.

Part of the problem has to be his unwillingness to leave Indonesia though huh. Its fucking annoying when this happens. The boys class but he'll not push for the 130 division.

Even if he did go and fight in America he wouldn't be popular in the slightest. Some small Asian guy that never takes a forward step. If people think Mayweather and Guzman run then they should watch this guy go.

John is probably the best fighter you never heard of.I wish someone would make him more available for viewing in the states.Instead we have to endure the arrogant bore retreads like Hopkins and Jones.

well, he does hold a win over Marquez (regardless of what his fans are saying) so it's a shame. He's talented enough to hold his own against the bigger names at 126, but he chose not to. in fact, he may even be better than Luevano.

I scored it a win over Marquez
He's better than Leuvano. I like Leuvano too though.

chris john is a bitch for having two first names. second, no one respects a so called "champion" if they don't leave their nest only fighting at home for the hometown decesions. he is a no body. a peon, a nothing at all. got a gift against Marquez is the only thing he is known for. he is never going to leave his shitty country to fight anyone. cept. the trips to Japan to fight bums for a quick check. he is a " no name"
Luevano > guy with two first names
Guerrero > guy with two first names
Linares > guy with two first names
in conclusion, he is a bitch made faggot. Don't know whether to laugh or cry at you.
:-( You have never seen him box have you?
bitch:D

Hopefully he comes to the states sometime next year. I did read an interview in The Ring where him and his manager said they want to fight in the US soon.
He's fighting Roinet Caballero (22-7 16ko's) January 26th, according to boxrec.
