that seems like an empty observation homie. i mean sure you might dislike PBF but, out of all of his fights he's done anything similiar to run in maybe 3. baldomir and some of the DLH fight.

Fraud came in dressed like a Gladiator and ran from Baldomir like it was a 5K run.
Fraud talked up a big game about DLH "Im gonna slice him up . . .I aint taking one backward step . . . its gonna be brutal". The chump never even tried to back up his words.
When has Hatton ever not tried to back up his words, when has he EVER run?

Hatton has rarely had words to back up, because he is a class act. A true gentleman, and how people can talk crap about him is beyond me.
I have never seen him run, but his holding against Urango was annoying as piss.

Ramshall - I fully understand your point, but its hard to deny the fact that PBF just simply outclassed DLH and Baldi with his superior boxing skills. I mean everyone knows I'm not a huge fan but Floyd is a winner he undertands the game and plays it perfectly you can't hate on that. His style might not be appealing in your opinion but it is effective. Styles vary opinions vary......I mean I think Cotto clearly beat a game Mosley at his own game while others feel Mosley put on a good show by showing pressure but fact is Cotto baffled the shit out of Shane and boxed him showing the world what a true techinition he is. So like I mentioned before I can't knock your opinion on Floyd but fact is the man is undefeated and has proven himself in the ring by implementing his stlye....PBF is the one dictating the fight and the outcome. Hatton has a chance to off set his run and I wouldnt be surprised if he did. Logically speaking I predict a PBF win by SD.

OH please. This coming from a guy that walks around as a light heavyweight when hes not training. He shrinks himself down to fight at 140 where he is bigger and stronger then the majority of fighters. Floyd walks around at welterweight weight. Plus if Hatton was a good boxer he would be moving more but hes not.. He's a brawler so that's his game. Floyd has great boxing skills so why should he stand in front of people and just let them hit him? :huh

The crowd booed because they wanted a knockout, which was virtually impossible seeing has Floyd hurt his hand in th fight and Baldomir is virtually impossible to knockdown.

Mayweather has soft hands that are easily injured, against a fighter like Baldomir you arent gonna knock him out with strong hands regardless. The crowd was annoyed at the fact he thoroughly dominated the fight. and it wasnt exciting. What you call running, is in reality boxing. Maybe a grabbing, holding, pressure fighter like Hatton is more to your liking. If so, WWE is more up your alley.

My post actually reflected what the fight turned out to be, a brawl. Your moronic choice of only including the first round was your fault.
I can show you plenty of fights where floyd presses the action. As was the case in his fights against Corrales, Ndou, and Judah. I can show you plenty of fights where he relies on his counterpunching abilities against bigger fighters like Baldomir and De La Hoya. Yet none have I ever seen him run.

Floyd is just such a hgiher class that he doesnt get hit by punches, I dont know how you can classify dodging a punch when the fighter is 6 inches away from you running. Hatton on the other hand is a straight up brawler, with very little boxing skill, he dominates smaller foes but when he fights an equal like collazo he got punished.

PBF runs around, move in and out, left and right to avoid punchers and position himself to throw his own.
While Hatton runs straight towards the opponent tie him up so he could sneak in his punches while they are wrestling in the middle of the ring.

Hatton isn't that huge in the uk there's very much a north south divide here 33,000 is just people from manchester.
If you asked 1000 Londoners who Ricky Hatton was i think about only 40% would know or be aware of the fight coming up.
Boxing isn't that huge here thanks mainly to the state of it with everything going PPV Boxing comes way down on the list of sports
followed here probably about the same level as Soccer in the States.
If you asked 10000 Londonders who Floyd Mayweather was i think only 5% would know of non 18-40 year old men.
That probably his true but I was at the castillo and hatton fight and there were a few londoners and southerners down there. I had a drink with a few hammers fans.

Kessler buy a true boxer and shane buy a converted puncher turn boxer.
Swarming and overwhelming your opponent with strength and speed is not considered boxing .. you fucking goof.
your knowledge of the sport and your hate for boxer is really Garbage .. You need to take the shit out to the curb. "Buster"
JLC got out "fought" by Hatton, does that mean JLC was not a "fighter"? - maybe in your feable mind.
Kessler is a boxer-puncher and so is Shane. . . Its foolish to pretend otherwise - but carry on if it makes you feel better.
Kessler boxed the ears off Andrade, Shane boxed his way to two stoppages of Vargas.:deal

Hell no he won't they'll say he was an overrated bum. They only want him to trade because it gives him the best chance to get caught and lose.
Whats funny to me is how fans of these guys are split ..I can root for both guys ..Each fighter brings something to the table that can be admired .The problem lies with the groupies ! They act like a bunch of scorn women ! Don't you talk bad about my man !!

I've been entertained by Floyd many times in the past. I've never been entertained by Hatton.

It's cool. In 2007, running = sticking and moving. I've said it before, if Sugar Ray Leonard fought today, a lot of people would be calling him a runner. If you don't allow yourself to be hit in the face and are effective at that, you are a runner. Seriously, the word 'run' in boxing has been so run down that I don't even take the term seriously anymore. Congrats.

No doubt he's gonna lay it down on fight night. Hatton is gonna bring it no question. Fights gonna be cracking.
Yep. I'm trying to not read all this shit flying around on the forums for the moment..it can spoil the actual fight.
Come fight day, it's going to be great!!!

I dont know why you paid 19.99 cause it was free where i live
Well, yeah. Cause you live in Ireland, obviously.
Unless you are another of those Americans who claim to be Irish cause your great, great Grandfather moved to America from Cork or somewhere.
No, your not Irish, you are American and having Irish blood doesn't put you in some special club.

Again, thats why Hatton has 33,000 fans and Fraud has 33 Groupies that he has to pay.
It's easy for Hatton to brag about not being a 'runner' cause running wouldnt get him anywhere; he cant fight going backwards, cant fight from the outside, any sort of leg movement is really irrelevant to Hattons game; the only place he can be effective is when he is holding his opponent and smothering their arms. Hattons metric for 'courage' seems to be 'how close can I stand to my opponent'. Hatton must therefor think that werestlling is a more manly sport than boxing and I personally wonder why he dont join that sport. If he had his way he would probably sit on Floyds chest all night and subsequently announce himself as the 'warrior' whos not afraid to get physical. Whatever. Fatboys gonna get punched in the face about nine thousand times Dec 8 by a real boxer. He wont be able to tell us about how Floyds a runner because he'll have a puffed up, bleeding face.

First six rounds of Urango fight Ricky boxed well from the outside. He aint in mayweather league outside but he CAN box when the opponent demands it
You Can Move You Head On The Inside But Your Waistline Is Still There. Floyd Will Be Runnin As Soon As The Spot Gets Hot.

I have to admit that the "running" accusations against Floyd are way overboard.
You don't achieve what he has in the sport by running for 12 rounds.

:huh
Nothing wrong with using your abilities to their best effect. The problem people have with Floyd isn't that he runs as such, it's that he promises an all out war, and THEN runs

Thats running and it's fucking hilarious.:happy Why is he so scared to even take one punch? There's a reason why he tries so hard not to be hit. Everyone says Floyd can do all this shit and that he is the complete package but the one thing he can't do is fight. If someone landed a punch and ran away in a real fight it would be considered a sucker punch, would'nt it? Floyd sucker punches the whole fight every fight.
I bet your one of those typical english blokes who before an international soccer match where england gets walloped proclaims: "no one from that side is good enought get into the english side" (and of course you couldn't name a single one of the opposing players) ...on that note, why don't you actually watch a floyd fight, you know, get to know the fighter:deal

I honestly don't know what's better for the sport and fans - Hatton winning or Floyd winning. Yes, Floyd backpedals sometimes, but it's easy for even a casual fan to see his defensive mastery. Hatton on the other hand does often initiate grabs, and even if he doesn't, it's much harder for the casual fan to appreciate inside fighting where you can't really see the punches. Honestly, I'm not sure that Hatton's style is much more fan-friendly than Mayweather's. Hatton's much more personable, however.

Theres a reason so many people say he runs, cause he does.
No one EVER accuse Tyson, Chavez, Hagler, Holyfield, Pac, etc of running.
Its like when Lampley basically read Fraud the riot act during the HBO replay of the DLH match . . . he said in so many words that Fraud will never be near the star DLH and Tito were because he is unwillimg to take risks and give the fans the kinda fight most want to see.
