Its my belief that out of the 5 fights mentioned, 3 wont be made. Which leaves Malignaggi & Witter. The americans are more familiar with Malignaggi than Witter, so its between those two & the americans naturally want to see the american champ fight hatton, than the brit champ fight Hatton.

& Of course Hattons team are already in talks with Malignaggi, just like me & a certain other poster called Olu predicted just a few short days ago. As usual, minimum risk, maximum reward, cos thats how team Hatton rolls...

Ask the british fight fans if they would want to see Hatton-Witter or Hatton-Malignggi & I bet that poll would be slightly different.

I wouldnt make a poll here though myself, cos the Hatton nuthuggers would corrupt it, football hooligans the lot of you!

Hatton's management are fools if they go for Paulie, he'll look somewhat limited winning against him. He needs ****** back in full control so badly.

I tend to agree. I reckon Paulie is stylistically wrong for Rick. he moves really well, will stay on his bike for prolonged periods and proved against cotto that when in the shit he can dig himself out pretty well. I reckon hatton would win a UD, but it wouldnt be one to raise the Hattonites pulses.

You think? I think it would be a masterstroke on behalf of team hatton. Malignaggi is made for Hatton. A badly weight drained Cotto gave Malignaggi a sick beating when Cotto was there for the taking, Hatton would no a number on Malignaggi quicker. IMO Malignaggi isnt just a fake, hes a joke. Harsh words I know, but I have to be honest. Hatton will beat him out of sight, & pick up another belt. I would class Malignaggi in the same league as Maussa. & thats why team hatton are chasing a fight with this guy. Another shiny belt to add to the Hatton collection.

Speaks for itself. People don't know Witter. None of my mates know Witter other than that mouthy git who always shouts Hattons name. Now they do know Cotto, Mayweather and DLH and they do ask to see those fights. I'm talking about mainstream fans.

Witter is only an issue amongst us hardcores.

At the moment its all about Hatton - Mayweather. I will put my life and soul in a Duran like win. Man, that would be special. I'd party on through the night.

I'm up for a haunt to Vegas to watch Ricky stop Mayweather in a similar fashion to the way he did Castillo.

I agree, Malignaggi is made for Hatton. He may look bad for the first 4 or so but after that its a walk down job for a late stoppage IMHO.

I know Cotto didn't stop him but Hatton fights at a higher tempo and I think could get the stoppage.
