I used to be very active around here but since nothing special is going on in mma planet , there's not much to talk about...at least not at the moment..

HOWEVER... I'm very , no...ultra , excited and impatienly waiting for every NYE/MMA events (especially the ones from Japan...)
Right now , things are kinda dead...but it won't last...just have some patience people..

I used to post far more often, too. I think the demise of Pride and the string of craptastic UFC cards has really put a damper on things for me. I need something to reinvigorate me. Maybe if I see Matt Hughes get KTFO out again it will get me back into the MMA mood. I will say, however, I am eagerly anticipating Mayweather vs. Hatton...

It really took some wind out of my sails when CC got ko'd. If Fedor would have come to the UFC it would have been awesome. That kind of took a little steam as well. This year has been odd to say the least.

79 has a great card so that should re kindle some interest, even Huerta vs Guida should be great on Sat. I guarantee that will not be a pose off.

It was crap and Dana knows it.He cant afford to put on trashy shows like that. The UFC simply isnt big enough. Look at the frenzy Mayweather Hatton is causing! Boxing hasnt been this big in a while and its not even a heavyweight clash.Every man on the street is talking about the fight.Big time boxing is BACK!

I will give boxing some credit. Big fights rarely happen in the sport because of promoters, etc., but when a fight comes along that's once in a decade, it truly feels EPIC. The buzz around Hatton/Mayweather is absolutely huge, and rightly so. It's the biggest welterweight fight versus Oscar/Tito. There's nothing I like more than watching something historic. Sadly, there hasn't been a UFC card or fight that has felt epic in ages. Fedor and Couture is the only fight that would approach Hatton/Mayweather in my eyes.
