Back to 140...Torres, Malignaggi, Rees, and Witter are all options. He can still establish himself as the best in the division, but at welterweight, he's not an elite fighter. He would lose to Mayweather again, De La Hoya, Cotto, Mosley, Margarito, Cintron, Williams, Berto and Quintana.
