Good list. Although I think Adamek should be ranked higher than Wlodarczyk. That would be a good match up tho eh? Battle of the best Polish Cruiserweights. I think Adamek would take him in a UD win. Im still a Wlodarczyk fan tho....gotta support your boy.

Also One thing I dont get..... Why is Louis Pineda ranked number 9 in WBA Cruserweight division and Adamek isnt even in the top 15? Strange.

I think Adamek has the talent to be much higher and head to head, I think he fares quite well. It's just that with 1 fight at cruiserweight, its hard for me to appropriately rank him.

Wlodarczyk was just the IBF Champion before he lost to Steve Cunningham......But Adamek who's only win was again Luis Pineda should be higher??

I would say so. Call me crazy if you want. Im a fan of Wlodarczyks too if you haven't noticed...I just think Adameks overall skill is better than Wlodarczyk's at cruiser....and yes I think that over 1 fight [with Lois Pineda.]

well for now wloadarczyk should be ranked higher because of what he has done so far in the cruiserweight division compared to adamek whose only had one fight. I agree adamek would beat wlodarczyk but until he does or beats someone ranked high that list looks good.

What makes me wonder is that he already beat a number 9 WBA ranked cruiserweiht, he should get a least top 15 by the WBA.

That's almost exactly the same as mine. However, I'd shift Haye above Enzo and maybe Wlodarczyk too.
Enzo may be a world champ, but Haye's accomplished more as he earnt the european belt by beating the champ and defended it against contenders. Enzo was gifted his belt and has only fought Dominguez as an opponent of any note since.
Huck's about right too, he hasn't in my opinion fought anybody big enough to rank him 3rd as somebody else has done.

Wlodarczyk plain sucks - he has no talent and does not improve at all. Adamek is a class above him and would humiliate Wlodarczyk. I'm Polish btw.
Wlodarczyk would IMO lose to most of the guys on these lists.

BJ Flores really shouldn't be anywhere near the top 15. I realize he has a good record against a bunch of cans, but if you've actually seen him fight, you'd see that he's basically a bigger version of Peter Manfredo.
No love for Henry Maske, who just beat Virgil Hill, or does everyone just assume he'll stay retired?

OK, well he stood around and won. Either way, it was a typical Virgil Hill fight. It's not like he's ever been the type to land more than 10 or so punches a round. I just find it interesting that people still have Hill in their top 10s. The logical conclusion would seem to me that Maske should be in there ahead of Hill.

As I said earlier, Huck's done nothing to be rated that highly. He may be undefeated, but his records not spectacular.
Bell's a former champ as is Wlodarczyk. Cunningham and Enzo are reigning champs. Haye's euro champ and number 1 contender for Mormeck's belt. All these guys have achieved more and sport comparable if not better records. People like Ding have a good shout for a higher place based on opposition too.

I would also agree.... sadly. Im Polish too. But anyways, Wlodarczyk could be the best in this division right now if he wanted to....he just basically has no heart and hes not really on the level of Adamek right now. Adamek would indeed, humiliate him.

Oh ok. I don't check the home pages of each title's. I usually go to fightnews.com and click rankings. Seems that they don't update it often. Anyways thx.

Why notbody of you dident put Firat Arslan in the top ten . He beat Russian contender prospect with TKO 5, he beat also Brudov last two weeks and draw with Tokarev. He is the WBA interim champion.

If Brudov is 7 Hill is still in the top 10. It's impossible to rank guys like Arslan or Brudov much higher than Hill even if he did a sparring session for a big purse against Maske... Brudov won 1 round out of 12 against Hill and it was not 10 years ago, it was in 2006 !

It looks like Guillermo Jones moved to HW, I would have him in the top-5 if he was still a cruiser.

After his pathetic performance against Maske I for my part think it is fair to kick him out of the top 10,fitir!
Virgil Hill looked like a totally shot fighter against that old geezer Maske who hadnt fight for more than 10 years before.

Based on ...............? Huck beat Vadim Tokarev in his last fight, and there is no doubt that Tokarev was a top 5 fighter when he stepped into the ring to square off against Huck.
Huck convincingly defeated Tokarev.
Wlodarczyk and Cunningham looked quite poor compared with Huck who would probably beat both of them without much trouble anyway.
Besides Wlodarcyk struggled with Karanevich-can you really imagine Huck having a death and life fight with Karanevich?
As for Huck' s record do you seriously intend to tell me that Maccarinelli has a better fight record than Huck?
By the way, snorkel, who the hell is "ding"?

Well I can't claim to have seen the fight but it was an MD. Was it really convincing or not? Besides that though, his opposition isn't stellar and is certainly comparable with all the other people I've named and is worse than some too. In other words, based on opposition he isn't the 2nd best fighter in the division.
My other criteria is accomplishments and as far as that goes, he's behind all the others who have held/still hold world belts. Haye's the only non-world title holder I mentioned but he's been european champ and is now Mormeck's mandatory. Huck hasn't managed that either. So, on accomplishments alone he's behind everybody I mentioned.
Taking that into account, how you can rank him above everybody but Mormeck completely mystifies me.
I'm not doubting that he's talented and may well be succesful, but as of right now he's no way the no.2 cruiser. You're making far too many assumptions such as 'can you really imagine Huck having a death and life fight with Karanevich?' and ' Wlodarczyk and Cunningham looked quite poor compared with Huck who would probably beat both of them without much trouble anyway.' That isn't any kind of objective way of ranking a top 10, it's like saying Zab Judah would beat Jermain Taylor because he looked better against Spinks than Taylor did.
