Very unfit at the moment. I've gained about 6kg of unwanted weight over the last few months, and I'm sort of semi-back into boxing at this point, so I figured I'd throw up a few of my work outs (mostly running at this point) to keep me honest.
I'll be including some of my work-related training, as it is a work out unto itself and generally effects what I do in my regular training (as far as intensity, injuries, etc.)
Friday - 2/9/11
Work: Scenarios (full high-gear, light workload)
Boxing: Shadowboxing, light bag work, pads (Gassed big time on the pads, but the coach was very impressed with how quickly I fell back into my technique)
Saturday - 3/9/11
Work: Mild shoulder pain, top of right shoulder, feels like a slight grinding when I rotate the shoulder.
Sunday - 4/9/11
Run: 3.5km, not timed

Monday - 5/9/11
Skipping: 2min on 1min off x 10. Did push ups and BW rows in the rest period, and toward the end I just went straight back to skipping after the push ups/rows because the rest was unnecessary.
Also had a no-gi roll with my coach for about an hour.

Tuesday - 6/9/11
-One hour class, mostly just pad drills.
Was gonna take this one off, but got a call about teaching an MMA class, so I figured I'd jump in with the class before and do some pads.
Didn't really train during the MMA class, but I did get to drill a few submissions.

Boxing: Shadow boxing, pads, drills. Felt heaps better already.

Run: 3.5km, around the new neighbourhood, felt great. If anyone needs a little extra motivation to get out and hit the bricks, I highly recommend moving house.

Moving house. Counts as a workout. 12 hours of lifting. Exhausted by the end of the day.

Work: Scenarios (full high-gear, moderate workload, a few fights)
Also did some weights with a mate of mine, fairly half-arsed, squats, front squats, etc.

Had yoga planned, but when we got to the yoga place, we found out yoga had been cancelled. Had heaps of stuff to do around the house so didn't end up doing anything. Unhappy.

Judo: First time at judo. Very fucking hard. Much faster pace than BJJ.

Work: Got some light rounds in on the bag
Haven't been going running in the morning because the weather has gone to shit.
Thursday - 22/9/11
Judo: Went through some more techniques (basically all the stuff up to orange belt), the Japanese is killing me. Good stuff though, all the ground stuff is almost identical to BJJ, with some little tweak ups. I've been spanking some of the guys on the ground, none of them see me coming. Haven't done a lot of stand up sparring, which I'm looking forward to more than anything.

Thursday - 6/10/11
Judo: Worked a lot more technique, got a few throws I'm a lot more comfortable with now. Randori at the end, hit the deck with a brown belt. His ground is very decent, I swept him, but as I was trying to complete it he pulled guard and locked up a choke. I managed to pass his legs, but as I was looking for the arm I had to tap, as I tapped I went out and started snoring. Lesson for tonight: tap louder.

Friday - 7/10/11
Work: Work was dead so I ended up training on and off throughout the day. Skipping, shadowboxing, bag work.
Boxing: Shadowboxing, padwork, jab/parry drills. Afterwards had a light wrestle with a couple of the guys, feeling it today though, not a great idea wrestling on carpet.

Tuesday - 11/10/11
Judo: Good session, lots of drills. Finished with a bit of randori, which I still find insanely tiring. I'm fine on the ground, I could wrestle forever, but standing up feels so draining.
Wednesday - 12/10/11
Run: 30min, don't know how far, a lot of it was through a construction site, over loose sand and limestone roadbase. Good fun, I'm gonna go back through there on the weekend with some more appropriate footwear and check it out properly.

Judo: Awesome session. Had a nogi roll for the first time in forever. I'm actually feeling a bit more of a flow in practicing my techinques. Still getting ragdolled, though.

Weekend off
Monday - 17/10/11
Had some yard work to do, so I basically turned it into a workout. Had to move about 50 pavers from the garage to the other side of the yard, put the weight vest on, and every time I was in the garage I'd do a set of push ups or a set of chin ups (only got about 3 out in a set, and I was quickly reduced to doing negatives). Didn't count how many trips I made, but I was pretty done by the end of it.

Missed out on Judo this week, a buddy of mine has asked me to run his MMA classes while he's away for a week. Just so happens they're run at the same time as my Judo training.
Worked on what I could while at work, just a few rounds of shadow boxing and some grip training.
Wednesday - 19/10/11
Had the day at home with fuck all to do, so I spent the day doing sets of burpees and divebombers. Probably did 80-100 of each throughout the day. Gonna be feeling it tomorrow I think.

Much like yesterday I was at work with fuck all to do, so I was doing sets of chin ups off an empty bag stand, 5 a time. And then doing a one arm press with a kettlebell, 6x20kg, and then grabbing the only barbell we have (~25kg) and doing 20 shoulder presses as fast as I could. Don't know how many sets I did throughout the day, but I'll judge by how sore I am tomorrow.

Been sick since Monday. Almost went Judoing on Tuesday but forced myself not to at the last minute. Should be back to normal by Friday, fingers crossed.

Tuesday - 1/11/11
Judo: Rough session, I'm not nearly as recovered from that illness as I thought I was. Got my eye busted up with some pretty nice gi-burn, almost bit my tongue in half and my heart was ready to leap out of my chest several times. In pain today.
