I believe Rinside is in southern Germany, the next town over from Spitside. They are more known for their dentists but I suppose they need doctors there as well. Good luck. :yep

Basically, you've got to be asked by a promoter/organizer. Best thing to do is join a gym to make some connections, volunteer your services for local amateur events, offer discount/free medicals for boxers.... soon enough you'll have the right connections & will get invited to do professional events
