I'm a fan of Wright and don't really like Calzaghe as he's been a huge waste of talent for 95% of his career but I'd favour Calzaghe to win a close but unanimous decision. Calzaghe is no Trinidad or Mosley, he is naturally bigger and with his speed and workrate will simply be one step ahead throughout the whole fight. It could look a lot like Wrights fight against Harry Simon where he was simply out worked and out muscled.
