Baldomir is over the hill now especially after his fight with Forrest at 154. Had he choose Hatton over Gatti for his first title defense I think he would have knocked Hatton out like I always believed would happen to the smaller fighter.

Hatton would win, after mauling him for 4 or so rounds and having no major success he would get on he's toes and outbox the guy to a lopsided decision, Baldo doesn't hit hard enough to stop Hatton and is to slow to outfight him in any way.

I think Baldomir wins this. Hatton's style is predicated on being the larger/stronger/more aggressive fighter. Kind of difficult to execute his gameplan if he's fighting a guy much bigger than him.
