How much time do you have?
If you are 139 and you want to fight at 130, you are not to far off. You can dehydrate before a fight and make 130. I don't reccomend it to much, but most fighters do it. Of course, they weigh you the same day like in amatuers, then that won't work out to well.
You could probably drop some weight, if you were at your leanest, you'd probably see abs and ribs more.
You also might want to cut out the cereal and find a better breakfast. Most cereals are full of sugar and sugars twin sister High Fructose Corp Syrup.

Just two things - 1. How do you survive just eating that daily? 2. Most of your bodyweight is not muscle, if it was you'd be a lot more defined now.

Go run off that spare tire you are starting to get and you should have no problem dropping a few pounds.

You could do with a belt, your pants seem to be dropping.

More raw veggies, less protein, more running, less weights. Getting in shape is nothing new. Henry Armstrong and his colleagues had to do it many long years ago. It worked for them and it will work for you too.
