A lot young friends of boxing overestimate their skills and they enter ring sparring or fighting with people that don't have the nessecary boxing knowledge.
Please stop hurting yourselfs without purpose, two inexperienced men (mostly) fighting each other without having the proper equipment, a pro trainer supervising COULD CAUSE SEVERE DAMAGE TO EACH OTHER.
Join a gym, learn the basics!!!!
