Hi all just wondering if anyone uses sweat suits or runs in thick hooded tops and full length bottoms? I always train in shirt / vest and shorts as its more comfortable. Im not boxing competitivly yet so i dont need to make weigts but can it be benificial anyway. Obv like everyone i want to burn fat and make muscle. Any ideas?
All those do is dehydrate you. They don't do anything for burning fat.

Fair enough , i thought they were quite widly used. If not full sweat suits then you often see boxers running in hoodies with the hood up and track pants too. Is there any benifit to this or not? I might start wearing them when i go back to england but only cos of the cold

The only reason to wear them are if you are cold or cutting weight, there's no advantage/disadvantage other than that...

You burn fat on a calorie deficit. You gain muscle on a calorie surplus. Your goals are in conflict.

Read Sugar Ray Robinson's autobiography, in it you won't see him talking about losing fat or gaining muscle. All he did was get in shape and eat a healthy diet. Easy enough to do, it ain't rocket science.

No, it isn't rocket science. It's also not easy, which is what I think people are looking for.

IM not just saying it but im not looking for easy way out i dont even have hardly any fat too loose to be honest just was wondering, like i said im in really good shape now , but i want to get in tremendous shape and will probably be asking alot of dumb questions from this point on lol. People talk about so much complex training ect on here that i just dont get. For now im keeping it simple and its working but i want to be on top of it when i peak with this work out.
