Hank Kaplan passes away

Hank Kaplan, beloved Hall of Fame boxing historian and archivist, passed away peacefully in his sleep 3:30 this morning at his home in Kendall, Florida. He was 88. The funeral is tentatively scheduled for Monday, December 17th at Mount Nebo Memorial Gardens in Kendall. Further details will follow.

Sentiments echoed. Just arrived home from work and the leisure centre there a short time ago and heard this.

Extremely sad news. RIP. :-(
