Never heard a thing about him.

Anyone ever see him fight? Anyone know anything about him?

He was no where near as good as his record says.

yes,i remember him.saw him get stopped in 2 rnds by timo hoffman. steele was as fat as a hog and was as unskilled as your usual tank town pug. got blasted out of the ring by ray mercer too. steeles best result is probly a 7th round tko of shock absorber mike dixon,and dixon was never all that was he. the win over alex garcia was pretty much a freak result

Yeah, Mercer knocked Steele through the ropes, ironically it was the second time in a row that 'Merciless' did that feat...anyways, Steele was a tough guy, as he absorbed alot of brutal punches from guys like Mercer, but unfortunately he didnt have the skill or the power to really shake up anyone above a C level.

Was his power, if nothing else, legitmate?
