Most people knew that Hatton would lose by KO but they got carried away with the hype and let their heart fool them into a Hatton win.

This fight was loaded with the Ricky Hatton PR machine going into overdrive but I think it's fair to expect something more from supposed experts than 'Ricky has the psychological advantage, Floyd is scared' etc. It got everybodies hopes up for something that was never going to happen.

Anybody who knew about both fighters and appreciated the effect of moving up to Welter on Hatton knew Floyd would overwhelm him and more than likely knock him out.

Bunce should have known better, perhaps he did and was indeed just saying what his paymasters wanted to hear.
