Honestly - YEAH - I think he's doing a pretty good job! Don't know if he made the comments - but could careless. We all make dumb comments.

I thought ESPN was crazy for letting him go - we was great on FNF and good on "Around the Horn". I thought FOX should have tried to keep him - loved "IMAX". Getting the HBO job is like a big time promotion.

If you don't like him - cool. But just as many people don't like Larry Merchant. Most either like one or the other - I like both. Max more than Larry.
