I would pay to see it again but I won't be crushed if it doesn't happen which it likely won't.

Hell yea.

It's something I would like to see - and would pay for it - but I would rather see either of them fight Floyd.

If neither gets Floyd - I would like to see them fight each other.

So Floyd or each other.

The first fight was too close IMO Cotto needs to fight Mosely again

This is my feeling, as well. I'd ideally love to see Mosley-Mayweather, but I concede, I'm a bit biased for I'm a Mosley fan.

I actually had Mosley winning the fight with Cotto, but would never DARE call it a robbery. Cotto fought tremendously and actually impressed me quite a bit.

Even though I thought Mosley deserved the nod, I am not sure he can do much better a second time around, despite the fact he historically performas better in rematches, notwithstanding the DLH rematch.

More importantly, I'm not sure if Mosley really wants to go through the punishment of fighting Cotto again.

Nope. Cotto with DLH and Floyd are more interesting fights now. How about Mosley/Margarito and Mosley/Cintron instead?

I would rather watch Bush fight Osama in a barbed wire cage match......:nut

No need for a rematch at this point you know the fight we all want to see....

Cotto vs PBF........

A+ on that avatar Mr. Meth. :good

Mosley isn't done quite yet. For a guy at his age to not only be the only person to match Cotto but often times get the better of him is astounding.

That fight did a lot for both guys. Cotto proved he is A+ caliber material and Mosley proved that even his veteran skills are enough to hold off one of the most brutal boxer-punchers of this age.

I'd like to see Mosley-Mayweather if PBF-Cotto doesnt happen. And I'm willing to bet you'll see it, too...it's one of the few megafights left for Mayweather...

I'd love to see this fight!
After Cotto fights Floyd hopefully it can happen.

Its a good match-up.

If either can't secure a more meaningful fight then a rematch is the best way to go.

If neither fighter can get a meaningful fight then maybe yea, but I am not feening to see that one again.

The fight was close enough that there should be a rematch.

I thought it was a good fight for boxing....clean and well fought....to skilled guys.....two gentleman of the sport showing heart and good sportsmanship. It was a "plus" for the boxing community.

I voted perhaps if they can't secure a more meaningful fight, but what should happen is Floyd vs Cotto naturally. What is standing in the way of this fight?

Unless he can get his hands on PBF I'd like to see Cotto rematch Mosley.

I dont think the first fight could have either way. I thought Cotto clearly won. But I dont mind seen these guys fight again.

Cotto is entering his prime, he will get better, Mosley slowly declines, Cotto would win again on points with scores like 117-111

Mosley won the 1st fight but the Damn judges ripped him off:-( if they rematch which i doubt, Mosley beats him convincingly..

This is so wrong for so many reasons I wouldn't know where to start:-(

I say move on. The fight was close but I would rather see either one of them face Floyd. Say they fought again and Shane won...now we need a rubber match and Mosley is just getting too old.

Guys I'd rather see Cotto take on:

Floyd
Williams
Margarito
De la Hoya

I see your point, I was upset that Mosley lost that fight, but as much as I would like to see rematch, it wouldnt benifit him in the long run (3rd fight with fighter like Cotto will definetly would be last). So I guess I would rather see Mosley going after some decent prospect like Cintron or Williams and then try to fight Floyd, if Floyd refuses then its time to retire.

Hell yea.

However, the first fight was a clear victory for Cotto

i still voted option 1

I would like it to happen but I heard and saw Oscar sayin in Sky Sports' Hatton-Mayweather Countdown Show that he had three options for that May 3rd fight - Hatton, Cotto or Mayweather, nobody else - and since Hatton lost, De La Hoya stands in between those Mayweather-Mosley, Cotto-Mayweather and Cotto-Mosley II bouts for half of the year and that really pisses me off!!!

Would you want to see it?

Time to move on . . . both can secure a more meaningful fight. :D

It really hurt me when they first clashed because I like both fighters, Mosley will be overpowered by Cotto again, Mosley is old and out of his prime I'd rather see Mosley fight Williams at this point.

RealIzm
01-01-2008, 07:44 PM
First I would rather see Cotto-Mayweather and Mosley could easily takedown Williams or Cintron for their belts then Shane could go after Floyd or Cotto again and on that note I want to see Mosley-Mayweather abit more than i want to see Mosley fight Cotto again even though it was a great fight as Shane proved to us he's still got it

I think they should definitely have a rematch.

First fight was good but a bit of a letdown and I thought Cotto deserved the decision. If neither guy can get another signifigant fight than yeah, I wouldn't mind a rematch. However, there are too many good fighters in and around 147, so both guys should have no trouble getting big fights w/o a rematch and thats the direction I'd like to see them both go in
