I pick Tarver. Lacy was always overrated and the Calzaghe beating and operation have just made worse. Tarver looks done too, but I just give him and edge.

Lacy looked terrible against Manfredo, he seems to have regressed and is no longer the same fighter he was before he fought Calzaghe. Tarver maybe in decline but he is still too good for this version of Lacy. I can't see Lacy hurting Tarver and with Tarver's southpaw stance and better skills he should win a UD.

Look, Lacy was coming back from a nasty injury and a layoff when he fought Manfredo. He didn't look great, but to write him off at this point seems unfair.Tarver , on the other hand, hasn't looked good since he knocked out Jones, but even that win has been put into perspective since then...Jones was washed up. Tarver struggled against Elver Merqui , who makes Manfredo look like Billy Conn. At this point, Lacy beats Tarver, and beats him good.

I like Lacy but he seems to be completely shot.The pre-calzaghe Lacy would have blasted Manfredo away in 1 or 2 rounds but the present day version was lucky to walk away with a close decision.

It's a combination of his shitty corner and surgery that has ruined him. They have a responsibility to protect their fighters health, infact it's their most important duty, and they failed

I hate to say this, but Tarver, no contest. Lacy has NOTHING left. Manfredo should have won that fight. Manfredo looked scared. Any decent 168 or 175 lbs. fighter will whip Lacy. Roy Jones, Sakio Bika, Andrede, whoever. Allan Green would smoke him now. I'm a big Lacy fan, but he's done.

I saw both fights, Tarver vs Tomatocan and Lacy vs Manfredo. Anyways ESB is notoriously shitty at picking fights. About 75% of ESB thought LAcy would beat Calzaghe :lol: and Tarver would beat Hopkins :rofl
