You could make it vacant if you want when he "retired".

I took his retirement as a joke. And notice how a month or so after his "retirement" that there's already talks of negotiations between him and Hatton, and that he chose to give up his 154 lb. WBC belt...but kept the 147 lb. one.

Yes he chose the easy fight again... He know he'll expose Ricky as a 140 pounder who just wants a big payday... PBF - Mosely/Cotto is the fight I'd like to see him take! A real Welterweight fight...

I dont really care too much. He's a talented fighter that won the title in a legit fashion.

I just like when divisions have clear cut champs, I hate when it gets all jumbled.
