Boxrec is an interesting site, likes to put on fights are just in the talks. Or does anyone have a link for an article confirming it?

I disagree. They may be a bit keen with regards to up & coming fights but it's a great source of information for fighters records.

Calzaghe will win on points IMO, should this bout ever happen

I'll wait to see an official posting of the signed contract for this fight.

Last I heard - the fight was suppose to be in Vegas.

Everyone knows Hopkins wants a fight he won't be killed in against the winner of Jones - Trinidad.

Hopkins isn't going to do anything stupid like face Calzaghe.

Hopkins Jones and Trinidad have never avoided big challenges all their life like Calzaghe, they cannot be critisized here.

We know these 3 will and have fought big names before, is Joe still talking about coming to America.<question mark> :hi:

Well said, I'm English but I'm appalled at the derision Hopkins is subjected to by certain factions of this forum. While Calzaghe was getting the golden goose treatment defending his WBO title for good money, Hopkins was defending his IBF strap for what he described as "chump change" on ESPN on friday night. He didn't complain, bided his time & eventually got his big chance in the middleweight unification tournament. The rest, as they say, is history.
