Me, too. I'd love to start it again, but it won't work unless the admins are willing to offer more support this time. The Rankings would have to be stickied and given coverage on the front page, in order for interest to be maintained.

We just had such a sharp drop from month 1 to month 2, and no one followed directions. I still think it could be a lot of fun, with a little push from the head people.

We don't have any admins currently on this forum. Perhaps the new admins will be committee members OR have an interest in it.

Committee members are voted on by the committee itself (the originals were nominated by the forum itself). How one becomes a Moderator or Admin, no one knows.

With the last one, I had so much going on in the "real life", that boxing as a whole took a backseat so to say.

I had a fire at my house (well the apartment above mine...but still got major water damage), my 1 year old daughter was in the hospital for almost a month with a blood infection (she is ok now tho...), I switched jobs (to a MUCH better one...but still), the holidays came and my car got wrecked two weeks ago (again, we all are fine).

As most of you can tell, its been a hectic few months. But its all been worked out now....for the best....and I would LOVE to get my mind back into this and off the shit that past. Lets get this thing going again.

I never really got the story on this. I contributed both months, but then never heard anything after that. It was just abandoned by general agreement??

This was my fault. I felt very bad about those who did vote both months, but there were something like eight voters in month two. There's really no point if that's all you have, and I was very frustrated that no one would move to the rankings into a sticky position. Still, I intended to score month 2, but when work heated up, I got behind and decided it wasn't worth the hassle to catch it up.

It's what every site should strive to have, a community-owned project that would anchor the rest of the content here.
