Yup, I saw it. I personally think there is more scientific evidence that alchohol, kebabs, punch and taxi runs help someone recover far more than a cold shower. :D

for those that do not know the O2 building is the millenium dome near canary wharf.
not sure of capacity, i would imagine they could get 25,000 in there at a push.

going to host the basketball and gymnastics at the 2012 games.
just looked capacity for the gymnastics will be 20,000 so perhaps 22,000 to 25,000 if used to capacity will be about right for boxing.

And the best thing is, ****** is bound to offer up a fantastic undercard. Oh hang on...
 It'll look fantastic when announced and then gradually thin out once the tickets have been bought. Here's a seating chart for the wrestling, i'd imagine it'll be quite similar but with blue seats all the way round the ring.

That is exactly what I just said. The atmosphere might be great but I want to actually see the fight and not just cheer when the white guy in the horizon falls down.
And that would be £60. If I want a half decent not even good seat it is £150 and thats before I have spent a penny on food or beer.:?

Frank ****** has been doing that for years. I used to go to his shows in the mid 80s and it was the same then. Haven't paid to go to a ****** show since 1987

It doesn't surprise me it is on Setanta, Frank has been putting all his big fights on there, I wonder how much they are paying him per fight compared to ITV? The O2 is a good venue, especially since it is brand new as the arena was only built recently by AEG. I fully expect Haye to starch Macca in a relatively entertaining fight. As for the attendance, expect something in the 20,000 range, 25,000 seems a bit excessive this isn't Saitama we are talking about here.
As far as ticket prices this is one place where I have to give guys like Arum and Kohl and Sauerland their due. They price the tickets quite well with the very closest being expensive but the rest being very reasonably priced.

The o2 is not that high, even with cheap tickets you can see a lot better than high in the Millenium
I saw the Khan v Limond fight there, atmosphere was pretty good
It would have to be a mid range tiered seat for me, but fuck thats expensive!
And if joe seals a fight in the states against Hop come April, im gona be skint...:-(

Does anyone else think that Macca can provide a better test for Haye's chin as he contemplates a move to heavy than say Mormeck did?

Yes. Mac hits harder in my opinion but more importantly he has a better reach, and sets his shots up with the jab. If Haye fights like he did in the first 3 rounds of the Mormeck fight, ie left hand on the floor, low output of punches etc...he will get KO'd.
If he lifts the hand up and comes out firing of the back of his own jab used properly...I expect him to KO Mac.
Does anyone else think that Macca can provide a better test for Haye's chin as he contemplates a move to heavy than say Mormeck did? Not really...
Mac is rated as some sort of devastating puncher, but in reality his KO ratio is nothing extraordinary for a cruiser. That too against Cardiff cab drivers
I'd say his power is about the same as Mormeck, but they are different sorts of punchers. Mac has a better reach and jab. That's where Haye has the advantage, he will know what it's like to take those sort of punches and knows he can get back up. Mac will not have a clue whats hit him when Haye lands
