Got home last night at 3 and thought great Malignaggi is on now, turned on the TV and the fight had finnished so it gave away the result of the fight and because they taped the schedule sky+ didnt work. what a load of bullshit!

i think the sky schedule had it showing at the wrong time a few days ago (3:30 on setanta 1?), but it was actually on from 1am to 3:30am on setanta 2.

broadcast was fine...no british studio analysis or anything, just looked like it was the showtime broadcast.

I don't mind that there was no British studio analysis. I quite like the commentators they use but I know it's not for everyone.

Setanta fed it in proper 4:3 last night, it was lovely to see that.

But it made me think, they must f*ck up the picture just to accommodate the UK guys in the studio in widescreen.
So I had to watch Haye-Mormeck with a border all the way around the picture so that I could see Enzo in widescreen? Bollocks to that.

It was nice to have a show from the States starting as early as 1am. Does anyone know if it was delayed at all? And why did we not get the whole of the Johnson fight yet they showed a four rounder?

worked perfect for me, no hitches at all.

it was shown live

we got the chaz witherspoon fight live

di marco 4 rounder live

then highlights of johnson which was on delay

the malinaggi live.

they kept it going afterwards and gave ring interviews (very tame interview) of both malinaggi and n/g and then summed it up and then closed.

nothing wrong with the coverage at all on a normal sky box.

they did not show the gamboa fight which they maybe could have squeed in due to it lasting a few secs , but fair play there was no waiting between fights.

1 fight ended , out of the ring and next fight was on its way.

no adverts between rounds either.

Cant complain at it only being the feed wither, rather get twice the fights than british comm team mulling them over.
