Much rather see Floyd take Cotto obvioulsy thats the fight that needs to be made...
but if we have to endure PBF ODH II it may be a better scarp then the first ...seems like floyd has learnt that the fans REALLY want him to let his hands go so we may see a much much more aggresive Floyd and Osca will have a good look his game plan.
Last fight Oscas Jab was very effective when in use but we just never saw it....look im as pissed as the next guy if Floyd doesnt take Cotto but....i will still look forward to this fight if it happens

if its at 147..this shit will be horrible
Horrible for hardcore boxing fans. Horrible for casual boxing fans. Horrible for everyone except Mayweather/DLH's teams and Jack Prescott.

exactly...i remeber pbf hurting him a couple of times at 154...but at 147 weight drained to fuck he might get stopped

yup along with the fight stipulations, those will be changed also. Cuz at this point Floyd dont need delahoya. Im pretty sure the ring size will be bigger, floyd will b allowed 2 wear wateva gloves he wants. Which means more space for floyd 2 move around. Which means a weight drained oscar wont b able 2 impose his will. Which means floyd can stand in there and pot shot and dance around 2 a UD. or potentially stop oscar.

This fight will only make both of them richer I don't see Oscar doing anything better this time around ..

It is not that the fight wouldn't be good or anything like that, in my opinion it isn't going to be interesting or exciting.

if the fight is at 147 floyd will stop oscar brutally. oscar's only chance is to get floyd to fight in may, where floyd's hands won't be healled up. if the fight is in september it will be a brutal stoppage for floyd over oscar.

DLH is too smart to take a risk like Cotto. A tune up would be against someone like Judah or Collazo.

The 1st fight didn't live up to expectation why would the rematch ??
Its not like a Barrera Morales fight or Holyfield Bowe its Oscar and Floyd ..

floyd cant stop hoya. I dont care if its at 47, theres a big difference between hoya and hatton

he wont have the same chin and his stamina will be worst at 147...he might get stopped

It will be interesting because it is better seeing Mayweather fighting a superstar instead of seeing him inactive and semiretired (that was his first plan).

Either Oscar by a damaging KO counter (i say left hook probably) or Floyd will win more decisively this time by a UD, maybe even hurt Oscar at time(s)..

The PBF/DLH fight lacked of defining moments and emotion but it wasn't a bad fight, at least from a tactical perspective.
An analogy would be a chess match between two Grand Masters which is likely to conclude in a draw because neither is expected to make tactical mistakes.
Conversely, the Hatton/PBF fight was more entertaining in terms of action and drama, the reason being Hatton's repeated mistakes which PBF exploited to the max. From a tactical perspective, the PBF/Hatton fight wasn't as good as the PBF/DLH fight, just more entertaining.
PBF/DLH II might look different than the first fight following the two fighters making adjustments. Expect PBF to present a higher workrate, more lateral movement to create angles and DLH to work the jab a lot more.

Oscar in the first fight went 36 minutes without landing a left hook..and he isnt getting any younger.

I actually didn't find the first fight was that bad. I guess people expected a knockout with two excellent fighters with great chins, with one well above where he should be fighting.

I think if the fight would be at 154 or a catch weight in between the fight would be better for Oscar. He has to get Floyd Senior too. This will greatly improve his chances since he did make PBF. Last fight was close i thought and so did the judges. If we get a fully prepared DLH and a Floyd Sr in his corner he has a good chance but i would much rather see Cotto fight PBF

I might be in the minority but I think Cotto will get slaughtered by Floyd...his footspeed is wayyyy too slow..he will look like a punching bag at times aginst Floyd.

His speed is very underrated. Come on You Mayweather fans dont honestly think Cotto is gonna prepare well for this fight. It seems that Cotto focuses on his weaknesses and makes them strenght when he gets in the ring. he prepares very well and i will say he beats anyone at WW. I think it has to do with his personality. He doesnt worry about boxing politics he just comes to fight.

there are only two fights out there for PBF that any real boxing fan cares about, Hardcore fans who know boxing:
a. Cotto
b. Williams
The circle is getting tighter around PBF and he will continue to avoid these fights at all cost.
