Junior Witter's next defence of his WBC Light-Welterweight Title is set for March 22nd in Atlantic City against the american Demetrius Hopkins. A bout should be announced once a US television company agrees to showing it.



I fear that Hopkins could get a dodgy decision like he did agaisnt Forbes. Hopefully Witter will knock him out.

Good defence. He could of cashed in against a ol' Castillo. Lets hope US tv gets interested.

I agree that with Witters style he is highly unlikely to get a decision against Hopkins. He will literally have to knock him out to get the win. Never the less, this is a good option for Witter as the Hatton bout is unlikely to happen (yet?).
