Cotto is better for pretty much anyone over Williams right now. Cotto's hot and is getting bigger. Williams is yet to crossover.

Williams has a better chance at whupping Goldie's ass bcuz of his frame so
I guess he will pick Cotto instead assuming Miguel will have a harder time
of making 154lbs. I cant imagine Oscar getting his lazy self down to 147.

Cotto, but i'd rather the Golden Fishnet retire and promote solely.

Cotto is better for DLH right now, as DLH can showcase skills more easily, not expect to be outboxed. That is, if DLH comes in ready and is not sitting at his desk talking to moviestars while the other guy is training hard as we saw during the DLH/Mayweather 24/7 series. Williams is too great a risk, too small a name, relatively new to the elite status. Cotto would be a better fight where Oscar can land repeated power shots (about all he has now that his speed is slipping).
