With your opinions.
I don't see anyone beating Wlad in the next couple of years.
He easily KO's Ibragimov, Chagaev and stops the aging Maskaev.
As far as a "Great American Hope" we don't have one.
Maybe years from now when Wlad is on his way down Povetkin will catch him on his way up but that's a long way off I think.

I wish I could dig up some of my posts on Chagaev from years ago on here. IMO a style to beat Wlad would be the same style that Hatton used against Zoo. Get inside, dont let him tie you up, fight very rough, shoulders, wrestling really rough wlad up inside.
Hurt his body and take him into late rounds while not staying on the end of his jab.
Currently Chagaev just beat the tallest guy in boxing, he could pull it off.

Chageav has the biggest chance out of all them imo.

peter has the best chance to exploit Wlad's two weaknessess: his chin and ability to handle constant pressure which Wlad appears to be correcting every fight. he has a tremendous chin, heart, and power but questionable skill and work ethic. If he lands one of those wild lefts, he could do it. However, I would be inclined to think Peter would be a little hesistant in a second match (like Brewster was today) after the beating he took in the first fight especially in rounds 6-12. I could see Peter last the full 12.
The rest of them (aside from Vitali) are pure cannon fodder at this point.

"Zoo", his surname is impossible to spell, unless you look it up!:yep

No one has any chance of beating Wlad anytime soon - except Chagaev.

Nobody on that list
Is there anybody else who may be dangerous to Wlad?

Peter is the only one would would even pose a threat to Wladimir, as it is, now.
And I don't give Peter any better than 30% of winning, at best.
After Peter, I'd say Chag(20% chance of winning) and possibly Povetkin (??% chance), if Povetkin turns out to be as world class as I think he'll be.
Peter
Chag
Povetkin, possibly.
Anyone else don't even belong in the same ring with him.

i think Peter has a very good chance of beating Wlad because he has improved from their last fight in my honest opinion.

Ibragimov...beacuse hes a lefty, hes fast, he can be sneaky with, and he has good movement. But Wlad would still impale him.
By the time Wlad and Peter meet again, if they ever do, Wlad will still be better than him, and Peter will be slower and even more of a plodder.

Samuel Peter because he has an iron chin, concussive power, and heart. However, I think Wlad would win a wide UD or stop him late.

I voted Golota. He's the biggest man on the list and he is hell on tall fighters. If Golota can land a big right, Wlad goes down.

To beat Wlad you have to hit Wlad. And right now, I don't see any of the men on this list as being able to hit Wlad. Oh yeah, and if you hit him, it better be your best money shot, because he can get up over and over again.
