,do these gloves really come 2oz bigger than what they are? i spar with 16oz but i am not sure what to order 16 or 14 and i dont really want a 16oz glove that feels like a 18oz glove.

Havnt really tried grant boxing gloves but I ussually always train with heavier gloves to improve conditioning so that when fight time comes competition gloves will feel like air. I f ur gona use the gloves for training i suggest you use the heavier which is 16, but if ur gona use it just for sparring then get the 14 I guess, if ur gona use it for both then the 14 will do fine if it is 2oz heavier than it should be

The weight of the gloves shouldn't be the prime consideration when choosing gloves. How do they feel on your hands and how much protection do they afford? For some people trying to find the right gloves can be an expensive process because are much more affected by the issues regarding the hands and therefore have to try all the major brands.

Very pretty.
First of all --- you should be sparring with gloves that weigh the same as the person that you are sparring with.
2 oz. difference could make it much easier to beat a person to the punch.
