Dude's got a sick workout regime. He says he sweats so much he loses as much as 8-12 pounds a day. Insane.

Didn't see much of it, his striking looked pretty average but it was only hitting pads and bags

Seemed like they showed his power lifting and conditing exercises not much of his striking or grappling workouts.

I should hope thats Lesnars camp not wanting to give too much away as opposed to being an actual indication of Lesnars training.
