Nog is not the same anymore...Clearly past his prime.
Having said that , the beating he had to endure against tim was part of the norm for him. So typical isn't it ? It's his usual routine and that's precisely why this guy has to endure the same kinda punishement that veteran pro boxers usually deal with.
He did it against Crocop , Coleman , Herring , Sapp , Henderson and a few others...Takes a brutal beating and ends up submiting his opponent or wins a decision.
He knows that he's got the chin...he's very patient , he's got the stamina..He's like a machine.
But to be honest , i really wanted tim to win this (even though i hate the bastard)...I don't like the fact that ufc's hw division is now stucked with fedor's nemesis.... + Fedor is of course absent and will of course NEVER step inside the octagon.
But at least Nogueira gets the belt he always wanted...Fedor was like a cancer to his career.
I guess the rankings are still the same ?
