You do realize pepsi is loaded with caffeine right? Along with a ton of chemicals. :deal You'd be better served getting that caffeine from coffee without all the sugar and who knows what else is in that crap.

I'm not too strict with what i eat during the day, i still usually eat quite healthily though getting some vegetables and i seem to eat alot of fruit and yogurt, the thing is i don't eat dinner, i have a glass of sports sustagen with skim milk and a glass of vegetable juice at dinner time. For people trying to lose weight i suggest they do the same, dinner is the least important meal of the day and you'd be amazed at what difference having a small/early dinner does for your weight.

What are mrps? And where abouts are your vegetables? You'll fuck up your body if you stick to that diet for a prolonged period of time.

Yep, that's true, although it doesn't work so well for me. I train early in the morning before work (and before breakfast). I just don't have enough energy if I haven't eaten dinner the night before.

Typical diet for operation get fat ass back into shape:

All Bran cereal with one egg (eggs always raw).

After workout: two eggs and a banana.

Soup with a can of tuna thrown in

Small salmon steak with broccoli

If I am hungry in between I nibble on cold meat.

I take a multivitamin and a little extra C

I switch my diet up a lot but I tend to go low GI (that is just how it turns out) with more protein thrown in when lifting heavy.

I have been doing very well on it as i am cut and very strong at 152lbs when i wake in the morning. I get my fiber through the oatmeal and mrps.

My only vice it seems is those damn low carb monster drinks.

Breakfast

1. cup of each, lowfat milk. Shredded wheat bite sized. Or, Oatmeal with a few raisins.

2. 4 egg whites.

3. 1 cup of home made juice. Mix of beats, celery, broccoli, and a clove of garlic (all negative calories).

4. 1 tab of fish oil, one tab of CLA.

Lunch.

Smoothie.. Pineapple, Kiwi, blackberries and blueberries. 1 cup of home made goat yogurt (goat milk cultured with greek yogurt). Protein powder (30 grams of protein) Hawaiian spirulina powder, multivitamin. I make this, it makes 32 oz of shake which I split with whoever is around. Next batch of fruit will be Papaya, Mango, guava and blackberries (all negative calories). 1 tab of flax seed oil.

Dinner.

1. 400 grams of some sort of lowfat meat.
2. 1 serving of a complex carb (brown rice usually)
3. Broccoli, or some salad with goat cheese.
CLA and fishoil tabs.

Meals inbetween are usually protein shakes, if I want a snack, usually carrot, apple, or broccoli with the shake. Somtimes I'll eat a chicken breast or piece of steak. I almost always have 2 cups of coffee a day. Every once in a while I will do steak, eggs and potatoes for breakfast.
