sprints and hard sparring tend to cut me up much more than other stuff. Last night I finally sparred hard again after a few months taking it easy, and this morning the leanness and firmness was a bit more substantial than yesterday - but I spar with quick anaerobic combinations and a decent busyness, like sprinting.

Well said! Boxing ain't no beauty contest, and these guys ought to spend a lot less time admiring themselves. Have we all forgotten what Witherspoon did to Bruno?

HAHA Its called "water loss", anyone who thinks they can notice fatloss after one day is seriously deluded. Exactly, thats not something that happens overnight. If you want to get cut up you need to lose weight, simple as that. It's just like a guy wanting to have a six pack, you can do 10,000 crunches a day and you wont get a six pack if you have big stomach and eat the wrong things. If your already skinny and want to get cut up, do higher repetitons of every exercise you do. Running/jogging will help, but without a healthy diet it just isnt going to happen unless your one of the few that are genetically gifted.

Iv always done ab exercises but deffinetly didnt start to get cut until i got serious about running , skipping , hill sprints and keeping up the ab work. I find varied ab work is good too not just basic crunches.
